Hebridean Contemporary Homes is different from other self-build kit-house companies. Not only have we developed beautiful contemporary designs for modern living, our houses integrate super-insulated construction with renewable technology. The result is a unique whole-house system.

Design excellence

Inspired by traditional rural architecture, our award-winning architects at Dualchas Building Design have carefully considered scale, form and materials in our designs. Open-plan living, with high volumes and large areas of glazing to exploit the views, give the houses a bright spacious feel.

Advanced technology

By using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), and Super Low-E glazing, we achieve insulation values which place our houses at the cutting edge of green technology. (Click for how the SIP system works). We also offer highly-insulated timber frame versions of our houses.

This super-insulated construction allows us to specify the most efficient, and affordable, renewable heating and ventilation systems - meaning a beautiful living environment, and reduced heating bills.

Delivery

As well as supplying a whole-house kit system, Hebridean Contemporary Homes can erect your kit to wind and watertight.
