This house has been designed specifically to be an affordable starter or retirement home. The extension allows for a third bedroom, a generous lobby area and utility room.

It has also been engineered and designed for a simple, quick build, minimising waste and erection costs. Despite its affordabilty the longhouse plan and open living gives a feeling of spaciousness and the carefully detailed finishes a sense of luxury.

This house has the same high quality specification of all our kits including good quality timber windows.

Note that the roof structure uses braced trusses so the roof space is not suitable for future development.
