This is the LH101 but with a bedroom extention.  This also allows for a larger entrance area with boots and clak area and access through to a generous utility room.

As with all houses in the ALH range this building has been engineered and designed for a simple, quick build, minimising waste and erection costs. Despite its incredible affordabilty the longhouse plan and open living gives a feeling of spaciousness and the carefully detailed finishes a sense of luxury.

This house has the same high quality specification of all our kits including good quality windows. Note that the roof structure uses braced trusses so the roof space is not suitable for future development.
