TH101 - single storey

TH101 - single storey

This house is based on the traditional farm steading. It has two wings, one containing the living accommodation, the other the sleeping accommodation.

The generous entrance area can also double as a sun room, and has a large ancillary utility room, generous storage and cloakroom. The kitchen and dining area are open plan, and the large double-height living space has a fireplace as its focal point.

The sleeping wing has one large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms and bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

As is to be expected, the house has large areas of glazing and sliding doors which give bright interiors and fully exploit the views. All in all this is a house for a family which enjoys light, space and luxury.

By building this design in SIP, or in timber frame with attic trusses (optional extra) you will have an open attic space into which you can later add the first floor layout of the TH102.
