This house is a development of our LH102 design. On this version we have added a ‘lean-to’ rear extension, here shown clad in timber but could also be clad in rendered block. The extension houses an enhanced lobby and utility area, adding to the practically of this attractive design.

The LH102P has a developed first floor, the layout of which is the same as on the non-extended LH102 design.

This design strikes a good balance between compactness, utility and aesthetics making it ideal as a holiday home, letting property or permanent residence.
