This house is a development of our LH202 design. On this version we have added a ‘lean-to’ rear extension, here shown clad in timber but could also be clad in rendered block. The extension houses an enhanced lobby and utility area, adding to the practically of this attractive design.

The LH202P has a developed first floor, the layout of which is the same as on the non-extended LH202 design.

Whilst utilising a good portion of the first floor for bedroom and bathroom space, this striking three bedroom home has still been left with a substantial loft space above the master bedroom. This makes it ideal for those families who are not quite so minimalist in their living style and therefore require a decent storage space for their possessions.
