This house is a development of our popular LH402 design. On this version we have added a ‘lean-to’ rear extension running most of the length of the rear of the building. Here the extension is shown clad in timber but could also be clad in rendered block. The extension houses an enhanced lobby and utility area, adding to the practically of this attractive design.

The LH402P has a developed first floor, the layout of which is the same as on the non-extended LH402 design.

The space added by the rear extension, as well as allowing us to have a larger utility and lobby space, has made it possible to increase the size of the second ground floor bedroom.
