The TH103 is the ultimate development of our original TH102 design. On this version we have carefully utilised all the available space to provide excellent accommodation space, including five bedrooms, without losing the drama of the double height spaces over lobby, living room and master bedroom.

The ground floor is divided by the sun lobby into a ‘sleeping wing’ and a ‘living wing’. The dining area leads onto a generous kitchen on one side and a double height living space on the other. This open-plan dining/living area could, optionally, be divided by a built-in storage unit. The utility room and W.C. are also accessible by a handy back door. The sleeping wing contains three bedrooms including a luxurious double-height ensuite master bedroom. There is also a guest bathroom.

The entrance lobby contains two staircases. Each leads up to a separate first floor wing. The first contains a bedroom, cupboard space, landing and large shower/bathroom. The second contains a study, bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Large areas of fixed and sliding glazing bring light into all areas of the ground floor. The first floor utilises large skylights throughout.
