This house has been designed meets the size and cost constraints of the Rural Home Ownership Grant (RHOG), which is a grant available to some people in Scotland with limited means who would not otherwise be able to afford to build a house.
The house has been engineered and designed for a simple, quick build, minimising waste and erection costs.
Despite its affordabilty the longhouse plan and open living gives a feeling of spaciousness and the carefully detailed finishes a sense of luxury.
As with all our houses, this building is ideally suited to the Scottish countryside. The narrow form allows it to be slotted gracefully on to sites, reducing excavation costs. The plan also allows light from both sides and veiws can framed by large areas of glazing, another feature not normally found in affordable houses.
This house has the same high quality specification of all our kits including good quality windows.
If you think you might be eligible for RHOG then click here for more information. You could be eligible for up to 35% of total developments costs.
