As with the original version this house is entered via an extension comprising a wind lobby, utility room and storage space. The stair from the hall leads up to a first floor comprising an open-plan living space with kitchen and dining areas. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Light floods in from the modern square dormer windows and from the skylights over the stair and kitchen area. A stove makes an excellent focal point for the living space.
