The first package price shown (Package
A) is for supply and delivery only. The second (Package
B) is for supply and installation to "wind and watertight".
All packages include windows and external
doors and delivery to your site (mainland Scotland). The internal
joinery pack is optional and does not include installation. Click
here or on the headings above the prices, for detailed information
about what you get with each package.
Please note that delivery within mainland Scotland is included in
both package prices. The Package B price also includes installation
within mainland Scotland. Delivery and/or installation to some remote/difficult
sites may incur extra charges. Prices for delivery and/or installation
outside mainland Scotland available on application.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
The VAT rate payable also depends on which package you choose. Our supply and
deliver only package (package A) is normally standard-rated (17.5%) for VAT. The
VAT element can be reclaimed from Customs and Excise upon project completion.
Where there is an installation element (i.e. where we both supply and install)
the package will normally be zero-rated for VAT.
Standard Payment Terms
- £750.00 engagement fee on client acceptance (signing of contract)
- 10% (minus initial deposit) on issue to client of technical drawings, certificate
and calculations for submission to Building Control
- 30% on signed instruction by client for commencement of kit production
- 40% 7 days prior to delivery to site (for supply only, balance of contract
value due 7 days prior to delivery)
- Balance due on completion of kit installation
