The package price shown (Package
C) is for supply and delivery only. We no longer provide a supply
and installation package for timber frame kits and recommend that
you use your main contractor to erect the kit. Timber frame packages
include windows and external doors,
internal joinery and delivery
to your site. Click here or on the headings
above the prices, for detailed information about what you get with
each package. Note that prices for the 'single storey' longhouses
in timber frame do not include for attic trusses (required to open
up and allow use of attic space) but that these can be supplied for
an extra cost if required.
Note: our prices include delivery to your site in mainland Scotland.
Additional charges will apply to delivery outside of mainland Scotland.
Additional delivery charges for other European locations available
on application.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
The VAT rate payable depends on which package you choose. Our supply
and deliver only packages are normally standard-rated (17.5%) for
VAT. The VAT element can be reclaimed from Customs and Excise upon
project completion.
Standard Payment Terms
- £750.00 engagement fee on client acceptance (signing of
contract)
- 10% (minus initial deposit) on issue to client of technical drawings,
certificate and calculations for submission to Building Control
- 30% on signed instruction by client for commencement of kit production
- 60% 10 days prior to delivery to site
