This SIP LH402P is under construction on the beautiful island of North Ronaldsay in the Orkney Isles.  The site is near clifftops and will enjoy stunning views down the majestic coastline.

This small house is being built as a retirement home in the garden grounds of a house in rural Speyside.  It will eventually be finished with a misture of render block, timber cladding and stone.  The roof will be profiled metal sheeting.

This is the first WH202 design in SIP and is being built at the Oa, Islay.  Once completed it will be difficult to tell whether this classically propotioned white house is a modern renovation or a new build house.

A one-bedroom  AGH301 Airigh on a croft on the Isle of Skye.  The luxury holiday rental has a three-week build time and will have a wall of full height glazing to take advantage of the exceptional veiws.

This timber frame house nessles in a mature wood on the west coast of Scotland.  The vertical larch v-lining is ideally suited to this setting and the alumnium rones adds to a feeling of quality.  The trees cast a beautiful dappled light across the  timber cladding and into teh main living space.  From here the owners watch pinemartins and are excited at the prospect of seeing wildcats which are known to inhabit this part of the Highlands.

This TH103 was supplied in timber frame to a remote part of the Shetland Isles.  Because of the extraordinary wind loads the structure was strengthened by our engineers.   In fact each kit is individually engineered for its location.  Few places in the have conditions as severe as the northern isles of Scotland.  Our houses are designed to withstand them.

This amended TH103 has a full double height space across the dining and living area necessitating a steel portal frame.  The main house is linked to a garage, also provided by HebHomes, by a flat Alwitra roof.  Finishings are a mixture of rendered clock, vertical larch and a slate roof.

This larch clad LH402 in SIP enjoys beautiful views over the town of Stomness in the Orkney islands.  This house was carefully sited with a small retaining wall ensuring is slotted perfectly into the sloping site.  This is a family home.

This house is a version of the LH302 but without the porch.  With a gallery above and a double staircase, it enjoys a wonderful view over the township of Gledale in teh north west of Skye.

This early LH402 is constructed in timber frame.  The house is situated in the bleak but beautiful landscape of Sutherland. External materials are rendered block and a slate roof.

This house was designed by Dualchas Building Design but is the basis of the LH201 design.  With refelective glazing and a low wallhead it is a simple but striking design.
