HCH Ltd launches affordable range

We have today launched a range of new longhouses specifically designed and cost-engineered for the affordable housing market.

Commenting on the launch of the new designs Hebridean Homes Director, D.J. MacLennan, said:

"Young people are being consistently priced out of the housing market, particularly in rural areas. Despite the small drop in prices resulting from the financial downturn, prices are still out of the range of many of those wishing to start out with their first home.

This affordable range shares the design features, aesthetic appeal and elegant simplicity of all our longhouse designs. They have been engineered to be robust but cost-effective.

We hope that these houses will be attractive to a broad base of customers, from first-time buyers to local authorities, as we are certain that they are excellent value for money."
