Mortgage availability on the increase

The availability of mortgages is on the increase again. From a low in August 2009 the availability of different mortgage products is now looking healthier.

The better availability of mortgage products, in combination with more reasonable prices from building contractors and cheaper land costs means that now could be a good time to invest in building a new home.
