These prices are for supply and delivery only.  We do not provide a supply and installation package for timber frame kits and recommend that you use your main contractor to erect the kit.  We will however erect the kit as part of our turnkey service.

Timber frame Package C includes for the house structure, internal partitions, insulation, membranes and windows and external doors.

Timber frame Package D also includes the internal joinery pack. Please check specification page for more information.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

The VAT rate payable also depends on
 which package you choose. Our supply
and deliver only package (package A) is
normally standard-rated (20%) for VAT.
The VAT element can be reclaimed from
Customs and Excise upon project
completion. Where there is an installation
 element (i.e. where we both supply and
 install) the package will normally be
 zero-rated for VAT.

Standard Payment Terms

• £750.00 engagement fee on client

acceptance (signing of contract)      

• 10% (minus intial deposit) on issue

to client of technical drawings and

information for use in submission to

Building Standards     

• 30% on signed instruction by client for

commencement of kit production

• 40% 10 days prior to delivery to site

(for supply only,balance of contract

value due 10 days prior to delivery)

• Balance due on completion of kit

installation
