Steading (TH, UH)

A range of large, luxurious houses based on the form and proportions of farm steadings.  Many old steadings have been converted and renovated as houses across the UK and Ireland over recent years and these modern versions reflect their new found popularity as a housing type.  As a result planning concerns are mitigated because they are a recognisable building form in the countryside. 

These can be easily modified into bed and breakfast guest houses or can be sub-divided with an integral secondary apartment.  Because of their large footprint these houses lend themselves better to more level sites. 

These houses can also be provided in timber frame.  Prices on request.
