Flexibile living can mean many things. For Heb Homes it means being able to adapt a house for different puposes, and to change its use to meet the users' needs.
Working from Home: Our designs make it easy to designate one room of your house for use as an office. It can be simple and cost-effective to run data cabling during the building process, ensuring that modern telecommunications and computer technology integrate easily into your home.
Changing families: Our house designs can have the upstairs developed later, and are easy to extend as families grow. But they are also designed so that there is easy accessibility for wheelchair users.
Tourism Business: Many of our designs are ideal for the holiday let business, and have proved to be a great success for our customers. But we have also designed accommodation, such as the TH range, which can be used as a guest house, while maintaining privacy in a part of the house for the homeowner |
