This design takes a similar form to the very popular LH402 Longhouse, the main difference being the wider plan, which allows for a larger dining space, living room and second bedroom. Like the earlier model, the service areas form a spine running down the rear wall of the house, leaving the living and bedroom areas uncluttered.
Two bedrooms (one upstairs, one down) enjoy their own en-suites, while the third and fourth have access to a shower-room on the ground floor. Upstairs rooms are reached by a feature stair leading from the dining area. With twin roof-lights, plus built-in drawers and cupboards, these upper rooms are functional and airy. The fourth bedroom is sometimes used as a gallery space overlooking the living room.
